Brand new villa “Stone and Green” with swimming pool is located at Georgioupolis village, 27 kilometers from Rethymno. Within a walking distance of 3 km there is the sandy beach of Georgioupolis, a very cozy place for summer relaxation in Crete. The property is 500 square meters and the villa is 120 square meters.
