The facilities are at your disposal for common use. Relax outdoor at the sunbathing area with sunlounger. The playground makes children's hearts beat faster. Barbecue possibilities are available. Booking without risk: till 31.12.21. there is always the possibility for a free cancelation of the booking for the summer 2022 (rental period between 23.04.2022 and 05.11.2022) with the refund of your deposit.

Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room (from which 1 bedroom), is 35 sqm and can accommodate up to 3 persons. On colder days your studio can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The rooms are divided as follows: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and lounge. You have access to the balcony. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Ski cellar Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.

Pets: allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Location: Abfaltersbach. The studio is located in a apartment house. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. The house is located in the heart of the Dolomites between Italy and Lienz. At the house are parking spaces on the property. The nearest shopping possibility is 800 m away, restaurant 800 m and town centre 800 m. Abfaltersbach: railway station 200 m and indoor swimming pool 800 m. Bakery, cafe, doctor, dentist, playground, sports ground Kneipweg in 800 m.Italien 10 km, Lienz 20 km away.

In the summer: Further sports and leisure offers await you in the surroundings. For example tennis in Abfaltersbach 800 m.
