The high-quality solid wood kitchen from a Tyrolean master craftsman leaves nothing to be desired in terms of appearance and equipment. A central dining table and the leather sofa round off the noble rustic flair - created from the old wooden constructions and the supplemented carpentry furniture as well as the wall panelling.

A few steps further lead to the next highlight: the gallery, perfectly created for relaxing, devouring a bestseller or taking care of an unpostponable "professional matter". An additional bathroom, an infrared cabin with a view of the Karwendel mountains and a "hyggelig" nest of snuggles under the sloping roof allow for energising PRIVATE spa hours to really feel like you're in heaven.
