Two bedrooms with double bed, a bedding for four people, a bathroom with shower & toilet, a toilet extra, a living room and an entrance hall. In the living room a spacious kitchen offers enough space for cooking, a dining table with a great mountain panorama and a couch invites you to spend cozy hours.

Another feature in the living room is also the oil stove that you can use in the transitional period. The cottage is located directly opposite the Alpengarten and also the Narzissen Vital Resort Bad Aussee.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail is in the immediate vicinity. Also a car parking is located directly in front of the house.

For more cars there are parking spaces right in front of the house next to the forest edge.
