This 300-year-old farmhouse near Kufstein, lovingly and stylishly renovated, promises you an exclusive feel-good atmosphere. Here you live on a sunny plateau at the foot of the Großer Pölven (650 meters above sea level). The house was restored with great care in 2009 to preserve its unique historical character. The combination of original flair with exclusive, authentic design makes the house something very special - a place to feel good. The property is located on 2,300 square meters of communal land: You can have breakfast in the adjacent guest house (for a fee), but we are also happy to bring crusty rolls and delicious bread baked by the landlord to your front door (by appointment, for a fee). Enjoy wonderful hours in the idyllic garden or on the larch sun terrace with a view over the paddock with the Tyrolean Haflinger horses. The medicinal sulfur water turned Bad Häring into a health resort in the 1950s. The village is located about 650 meters above the sea level, at the foot of the Hohe Pölven and away from the main traffic routes.In summer there are numerous bathing lakes and hiking opportunities in the area of the Wilder Kaiser in the area.In winter, you are close to Austria's largest contiguous ski area. An adventurous day full of exercise and fun around the water and hiking can also be experienced in the adventure park Hexenwasser in Hochsöll, about 12 km away.
