Holiday house with a lawn and a playground, near the Klippitztörl hiking and skiing area
This detached holiday house enjoys a very quiet location at an altitude of 1300 metres and about three kilometres from the Klippitztörl ski resort. It is an ideal starting point for trips to the nearby skiing area, as well as for extensive hikes. The house is easy to get to in winter and in summer.
The house provides 75 m² of living space for up to four persons (overcrowding on request). It was converted and renovated from March to June 2014. There are two bedrooms with double beds available. All beds have a length of 190 to 200 cm. All the bedrooms have electric radiators. A doublecouch is
in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with shower and WC. The built-in kitchen is fully-equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee machine (filter and pads), a fridge and a 90-litre freezer.
The house is surrounded by a 700m² plot of land. The garden has a terrace with seating, sheltered from the wind, a children’s playground, a grill area, a lawn and plenty of parking space. Pets are welcome, but dogs must be kept on the leash, because of the nearby forest. From April 2018, a barrel sauna for four to five people will be available. A Wicki grill hut for 12-15 people is also currently being built, which can be hired on arrival. This grill hut provides everything you need for grilling and cooking outdoors. It is ideal for all celebrations, such as birthdays, stag or hen nights, company parties etc.
In cooperation with neighbours, up to 30 people can be accommodated. The houses are about 50 metres apart. The owner can provide a drinks service with beer, wine, mineral water, apple juice and arolla pine schnaps, to be requested at the time of booking or arranged with the owner in advance. Pets are welcome, but dogs must be kept on the leash, because of the nearby forest. Chalet evenings with transport can be arranged.
The house is surrounded by meadows and forests and is right by countless hiking trails through the area. The nearest restaurant is 200 metres away. It is about 12km to Bad St. Leonhard, where you can find the nearest shops. Owing to its central location, the house is ideal for trips to Styria, Klagenfurt and Lower Carinthia, as well as to Slovenia or Italy. A winter and summer paradise awaits you. Whether skiing or hiking, there is something for everyone. From July to the end of September it is a mushroom gathering paradise, right on the doorstep. The well-prepared pistes have guaranteed snow from the beginning of December to the beginning of April, owing to modern snow canons and piste maintenance equipment.
