The cabin is located in a secluded, peaceful area, at the edge of the forest, in the mountains of the Eisenerzer Ramsau.

Nearest town: Eisenerz in 3km. Skiing area Präbichl with 6 lifts, 17km ski runs at varying levels of difficulty in 5km. Cross country ski track nearby. Lake for bathing 6km, indoor pool 6km, tennis 3km, hiking trails on the doorstep.

This former inn has been recently renovated, and adapted for self-catering. Ground floor: snuggery with lounge, general room with lounge and house bar. Kitchen with electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. 1 double room, 1 toilet. Sauna. Upper floor: 2 double rooms, bathroom with bath tub, shower and toilet. Central heating, satellite TV. In front of the hut are seats and a barbecue.
