Welcome to the fully furnitures and newly renovated studio with a large balkony and its own parking spot in a garage!
Enjoy your espresso from a portafilter espresso machine either on the couch or on the balkony. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted, but feel free to smoke on the balkony. With the 40 MBit Internet connection of the apartment you are online as soon as you move in!
The apartment is cleaned every two weeks. The time of cleaning you can set when moving in.
The apartment is located in a calm and green housing estate. Shops like groceries, gas stations and Mc Donalds are two to max. five minutes of walking away.
The tram station to line 6 (TU Graz, Zentrum, Lend-Viertel/Südtirolerplatz, trian main station, Smart City/AVL List GmbH) as well as to bus line 63 (music universitry, Karl Franz Universität/KFU, Geidorfplatz, Lend, AVL List GmbH Headquaters, train main station) are only two minutes of walking away.
The campus of Inffeldgasse TU Graz is in a distance of seven minutes of walking. There are also buses to Liebenau bzw. Thondorf (Magna Steyr), as well as to the shopping centers Murpark and Citypark and to Puntigam (Buchbinder rent-a-car).
