Discover our exclusive range of holiday flats located directly on the ski slopes and MTB trails and experience an unforgettable holiday with alpine flair. From December 2025, we will be expanding our offer to include a heated outdoor pool with waterfall, a whirlpool, a sauna, a steam bath and a relaxation area, which will make your holiday incomparable with a few surprises. Our holiday flats are characterised by their lovingly designed yet modern furnishings. Holiday flat no. 3, for example, offers a double room with box-spring beds and sofa, a bathroom with rain shower, WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror and an infrared cabin in an area of around 48 m². The living room includes a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Further facilities include a flat-screen TV in both rooms, a safe and a terrace. The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to the pool ensemble, which will soon be available, we offer an e-fuelling station and a bike cellar with workbench and washing area. W-LAN is available throughout the house, as well as free car parking spaces. Bed linen and towels are provided, and in summer the Ötztal Premium Card is included to make your holiday even more enjoyable. Our holiday flats are located in the picturesque Ötztal mountains, about 150 metres above the village centre of Sölden. The perfect location of our flat house guarantees peace and relaxation as well as easy access to the Giggijoch ski area and the Harise (670) and Traien (677) MTB nature trails. Other hikes, mountain tours and mountain bike tours start right on our doorstep. A restaurant is only about 300 metres away and the village centre is about 1.5 km away.
