The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny hillside location.

Stummerberg, 1000 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
In the same house you find holiday apartments TIR ZIL 101 (7 persons), TIR ZIL 102 (8 persons), TIR ZIL 103 (13 persons), TIR ZIL 104 (5 persons) and TIR ZIL 185 (12 persons). Magnificent views of the Zillertal to Hintertux glacier.
The access goes via a path (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains essential. Parking lot (for 12 cars) on the property. Access via mountain road.

In summer:
Open air bath 5 km in Stumm. tennis, mini golf each 5 km in Stumm. Hiking trails and bike paths in the immediate vicinity. Amusement park Auffeld in Aschau with swimming pond, skating facilities, trampoline, pony riding, indoor pool and western village 7 km. In the nearby farmhouse, 5 minutes away, rabbits, goats, 2 ponies and cows. A visit to the stable is possible. Golf in Uderns.
In the winter:
Ski area 5 km in Kaltenbach (Hochzillertal). Ski bus 10 m. ski rental, ski school, trail each 5 km in Kaltenbach. Ski bus for a fee.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and leads over an internal staircase directly in the hallway. Living room with sitting area, TV, radio and access to the balcony (7 sqm). Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room with electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with bathtub with shower facility, 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, baby cot – please order at booking.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 60 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff. On request: Wireless Internet access 1,50 € all inclusive per day.
