The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property.
For common use are available: children's playground, swing, grill possibility and garden furniture. Ski rental every Saturday directly in the house.

Stummerberg, 1000 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 500 sqm, open garden plot with meadow and bushes. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
There are the following holiday apartments in the house: TIR ZIL 101 (7 persons), TIR ZIL 102 (8 persons), TIR ZIL 103 (13 persons) und TIR ZIL 104 (5 persons), TIR ZIL 185 (12 persons). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 12 cars) on the property.

Leisure park Aufenfeld in Aschau with bathing pond, skating possibilities, trampoline, pony riding, indoor swimming pool and westernfort 7 km. Rabbits, goats, 2 ponies and cows in the farmhouse nearby. Golf in Uderns.
In the winter:
Ski area 5 km in Kaltenbach (Hochzillertal Arena). Ski bus 20 m. ski rental, ski school, trail each 5 km in Kaltenbach. Ski bus for a fee.

The entrance in your holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and leads over an internal staircase. Eat-in kitchen with sitting area, TV, radio and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 additional bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen with TV, access to the balcony, electric stove (4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: babycot, parking place, electricity, water, local tax (under 15 years), bed linen, baby cot – please order at booking.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 60 € per object per stay. hand towels to bring along. local tax by local tariff. On request: Wireless Internet access 1,50 € all inclusive per day.
