The beautiful and luxurious Villa Ana, located near Fažana, is the perfect choice for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday. The interior is high-quality and decorated with great attention to detail.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a stylishly furnished, air-conditioned living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor – it features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a double bed, private bathroom, and a beautiful terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned. The living room offers direct access to the outdoor area. Two additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed.

The outdoor area features a fully fenced green garden with a pool and sun loungers – perfect for relaxing. The pool can be heated upon request. A covered terrace with a large dining table by the pool is perfect for evening barbecues for up to 10 people.

For extra fun, guests can enjoy table tennis, darts, and a basketball hoop.
