The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 160x200, two bedside tables with night lamps, cabinet with mirror, wardrobe, the second bedroom with two single beds 80x200, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp, bed linen is provided (changed weekly) , the bathroom with bathtub, bidet, washing machine, sink with cabinet and mirror, two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area with equipped kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer area, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, stove with three gas burners and an electric hob, extractor hood, kitchen utensils. The advantages of the house are the location, cleanliness, tranquility and the very courteous owner who offers you fresh vegetables from her garden. *Pets (max. 1) are welcome up to 10 kg on request with a supplement per day to be paid in cash upon arrival. * Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside * We ask our kind guests: - to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest, - for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning or the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation, - to use the accommodation equipment with caution, - to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils, - to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure, - to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys. * The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay. * Personalized transport is possible (example: airport-accommodation, ...) To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
