Beautiful detached and modern furnished designer holiday house This is a newly built and modern furnished detached holiday house. It is located in a back drop of woods with mountain and island views. Secluded location offers for real peace and quiet or lovely country walks. There are four spacious bedrooms in the property, 3 with a king size double bed measuring 160 cm. There is a single sofa bed in one of the bedrooms and the option of a travel cot if requested. The 4th bedroom has twin beds. One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor next to a fully equipped bathroom (for those who find stairs difficult) and the main bedroom upstairs has an en suite bathroom, with another large bathroom available on this floor. There are 3 flat screen TVs with satellite in 3 of the bedrooms, a Smart TV and Jukebox in the living room with PS4. Free WIFI is also available. The house is detached with a secure parking area under video surveillance for up to 3 vehicles. There is a balcony with sun loungers and two outdoor dining areas, one equipped with barbeque and both with table and chairs. A swimming pool is now build and ready for use from the beginning of April 2018. The property is fenced and therefore suitable for children. There is also a net and rackets available for badminton and a dartboard on the property, along with a kids' playground including swings and a slide. One of the double bedrooms is situated on the lower floor for those who may have difficulties climbing stairs, and there is a fully equipped bathroom next to this room. PLEASE NOTE THIS PROPERTY IS A FULLY DETACHED HOUSE WITH NO NEIGHBORS. TO ENSURE YOUR SAFETY, WE FOLLOW INDUSTRY STANDARDS FOR CLEANING AND DISINFECTION DURING COVID-19. The house is situated just off the main road to Pula, close to local amenities, restaurants and bars. There is a choice of many beaches, commercial, wild or sand with water sports on offer, all reachable by a short car ride.
