Your vacation object:  The holiday house is placed on a an enclosed property with flowers. The property is enclosed with a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The facilities are at your disposal for exclusive use. Relax outdoor at the terrace with parasol, sunlounger and garden furniture. Barbecue possibilities are available. The private used pool area is open from the end of April until the end of October and offers an outdoor pool (5 m x 4 m, depth 1,5 m).  

Booking without risk: till 31.12.21. there is always the possibility for a free cancelation of the booking for the summer 2022 (rental period between 23.04.2022 and 05.11.2022) with the refund of your deposit.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:

Ground floor: Living room 28 sqm and with 1 additional bed at double sofa bed, dinette and TV. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 17 sqm and with dinette, gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler.

1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 16 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 7 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Bathroom 7 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Pets: not allowed.

Location: Peresiji. The individually standing holiday house is rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. The access to the property takes place over a bituminized side road. Public parking is located on the street in front of the house. The nearest shopping possibility is 2 km away, restaurant 2 km and town centre 2 km.

In the summer: Adria 25 km, bathing beach with gravel-sand and cliffs 25 km away from your accommodation.
