The holiday house is right by the beach with a view of the sea, which is just a few metres from the house. The holiday house has a big, planted garden with a barbecue and garden furniture. There are also a boat mooring and five car parking spaces, which are shaded from the sun. There are two big balconies and a terrace for spending relaxing hours. The owner provides five spa deckchairs and a big parasol. Its 260m² of living space can accommodate up to 12 people. It has five bedrooms, of which two are on the ground floor and three are on the first floor. The bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has three single beds, the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed, while the fifth has two single beds. Another person can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Both floors have a kitchen with a fridge and freezer compartment and various kitchen utensils and appliances. Both floors also have a dining space. There are three bathrooms, two with a bath and a shower attachment, and the third with a shower. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine. The comfortable living room has a comfortable sitting area, a TV with satellite channels and a stereo system. Just three metres from the house there is a beach with crystal clear water and trees that provide shade. If you go along this beach you can get to the town centre in about 15 minutes. Vodice is ten kilometres from the holiday house, Sibenik is about 20km away and Zadar about 45km. The holiday house is ideally located for visiting these towns . You can also explore the beauty of nature, for example by visiting the national parks in the region ( Krka and Kornati ) and park of nature Vrana lake. There is a petrol station just 50 metres from the holiday house and a supermarket 100 metres away. There are restaurants within one to two kilometres, in the town centre and by the beach.
