The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, built in 2013, renovated in 2018 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water.
For common use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and hollywood swing.

Prižba. The holiday apartement is located on a 1100 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
In the same house are apartments DAL KOR 046 (2 persons) 2 apartments type DAL KOR 002 (5 persons each) and Fereinwohnung DAL KOR 023 (6 persons).
The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 70 m). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

Outdoor pool (4,0 m x 8,95 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of March to mid of October.
