Our house is located in quite part of Privlaka ,beautiful peninsula distance from Zadar 18 km and from old historical city Nin 4km.

On the first floor of object there is 4-bedrooms apartment with 2 bathrooms,big living-room,full equipped kitchen ,and nice terrace.

On the ground floor live owners and they are separate of you, but always at your disposal if you need some advice or help.

We offer you great holiday in our home.

Behind the house in an oasis of peace and quite is the PRIVATE swimming pool area just for you, where you will enjoy in totally privacy and peace, and also BBQ place with big table and summer kitchen and more one bathroom that you can enjoy in prepare some specialties for lunch or diner.

The main part of the village is about 1 km away and here you can find shops, and a few restaurants and bars. The old town of Nin is about 4km away and here you can find more beaches as well as shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is ideal if you seek peace and quiet or to use as a base to explore further. Local beaches range from the secluded to those with more facilities. The sea here is ideal for children as it is usually warm, tranquil and relatively shallow.
