D&D RESIDENCE- LUXURY VILLA WITH HEATED POOL Kalebova Luka (Dvornica) is a beautiful small village where you can enjoy peace, spectacular sunset view and refreshing in the clear sea. It is located 12 km from Rogoznica (road distance) / 800 m (boat distance). The nearest place with supermarkets and restaurants is just 3,5 km away (Ražanj). D&D RESIDENCE is the perfect place to enjoy peace and quiet. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living room, a lounge by the pool, a large kitchen and dining room, flatscreen TVs with Netflix in every room, and three terraces with spectacular sunset views, it’s guaranteed to be the right place for your vacation. Beautiful olive trees line the property, letting you dine outdoors in the fresh air or barbecue next to the pool. A beautiful beach with natural shade is just 30 m away, making relaxing and going for a dip in the sea easy and convenient.The terrace by the pool is equipped with five loungers, table and two chairs and a sunshade. The property is almost completely fenced and is therefore suitable for children. There is a travel bed, high chair and playground for small children in the holiday home. Old pine guarantees natural shade. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets and bars is approximately 800 metres away by boat or 12 km by road (Rogoznica). Rogoznica is a warm and quiet town at the end of North Dalmatia. It extends for almost 50 km of coastline, and it’s the perfect place to relax with your family and friends. Lake Dragon’s Eye (Dragon Lake, Rogoznica’s Lake, Galešnica) is a unique geohydromorphological phenomenon on the eastern Adriatic coast that has developed distinctive flora and fauna because of its special physical and chemical properties. Primošten (road distance from the residence 20 km) is one of the most famous resorts in Dalmatia (organized tourism is developed from the sixties) and most colorful little towns on the Adriatic coast, with many characteristic narrow streets in the old core on a small mountainous peninsula. Today, Primošten is an important tourist destination with many accommodation facilities, many restaurants, taverns and coffee bars. With its seven travertine waterfalls at a total height of 242 metres and the Skradinski Buk, the largest travertine barrier in Europe, the Krka National Park is a natural and karstic phenomenon. The island of Visovac with its Franciscan church and monastery is also worth visiting. Šibenik is located 35 km from the residence. Šibenik is situated in the central part of the Croatian Adriatic Coast, in the picturesque and indented bay where the Krka River, one of the most beautiful karst rivers in Croatia enters the sea. National Park Kornati consists of 89 uninhabited islands, islets and rocks in an area of only seventy square kilometres. Due to the dangers of navigating through this maze of rocks, the Kornati feature many old lighthouses and islands such as Blitvenica and Sestrice, which are nowadays a destination for adventure-seeking travelers.
