Holiday house in the middle of nature on a large plot of land, ideal for nature lovers and for exploring the region The newly-built holiday house (2010) lies in the Plitvice Lakes National Park in the little town of Rudanovac. The house measures around 150m² and can accommodate up to eight people. The ground floor has a kitchen with a hob, coffee machine, toaster and fridge, as well as a dining room. The living room has two sofa beds, a TV, a stereo system and a DVD player. The bathroom has a shower and a WC. The upper floor has three bedrooms each with a double bed. There is also another bathroom with a bath and WC. It has a whole different atmosphere in winter, when the landscape is covered in white snow and you can relax by the fireplace after long walks. The house is surrounded by a rustic wooden fence and a site measuring 1000m². Here you can find an open-air grill and a solid wooden table with benches in the shade under trees. The location offers you a unique holiday amidst nature, with all the comfort of home. 100 metres from the house there is a stream, and between the house and the stream there is a beautiful meadow where you can sometimes see grazing deer early in the morning. Apart from the immediate surroundings and the nature all around you, you can visit the famous Plitvice Lakes and the town of Bihac, which lies right by the beautiful Una River. There you can find attractive restaurants with excellent cuisine. If you like excitement, you can choose from one of the many rafting routes. Of course there are many other places that you can explore yourself. The nearest shop is a couple of kilometres from the house in the Borje camp. You can find a wider choice in Korenica, which is about 5km from Rudanovac. Between Borje and Korenica on the Karlovac-Split main road there is a petrol station and the road is full of restaurants.
