Small apartment in a little coastal village on the island of Krk The house with this holiday apartment is in the little coastal village of Soline. It is only about 300 metres to the beach. This holiday home is small, but offers a wide range of possibilities. The apartment provides around 32m² of living space, comprising a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment was renovated in 2013 and newly furnished. The living room has a bed that can be used as a sitting corner, or as a bed for two people. The upper bed measures 90 x 190cm, and the second, which can be pulled out, measures 90 x 180cm. The living room also has an LCD flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a stereo system, a radio with an alarm and a safe. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, cutlery, crockery and a dining space. The bedroom has a double bed and bedside tables. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and a window. You can use the air conditioning at no supplementary charge, for cooling or heating. Your terrace provides garden furniture and a parasol. The shared garden has a chimney grill. There is a car parking space on site. During your stay you can make use of a wireless Internet connection, a Sony Playstation 2 with a Gamepad and 2-3 games, as well as two bicycles, provided free of charge by the owner. There is a washing machine in the cellar (use is payable). You can use a bread rolls delivery service from the local baker, for a fee. A boat mooring for a boat up to seven metres long can be provided on request, for a fee. The owner also offers free transfers from and to the airport, on request, pointing out places of interest on the way. You can enjoy fresh fish from the local fishermen. At certain times of year you can also try homemade, local grappa, or an excellent wine from the island of Krk. The owner can provide information about where to find e.g. good beaches, shops, restaurants or events. There are sandy and pebbled beaches about 300 metres from the house. A direct sea view is possible from the terrace. Soline is a little coastal village that only has a standing restaurant, a little shop and two beach bars, therefore the nature is well-preserved and guests can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, with the natural fragrance of the sea, lavender, rosemary and other Mediterranean plants. The local beach is known for its healing mud, which can ease pain in joints and bones. The Biserjuka cave is just 5km away and delights its visitors with its attractive stalactites. Beautiful paths entice hikers and biking fans to go on tours. Soline bay is a perfect place for connoisseurs to go surfing.
