Two newly built (2015) holiday houses next to each other, each with their own pool, own sunny terrace with a traditional stone grill and a shared, enclosed garden site This very modern, recently built holiday house is in the picturesque little village of Tar-Vabriga on the sunny Istrian peninsula, an ideal place for enjoying a relaxing holiday in rural surroundings, far away from tourist noise. The holiday house built in a traditional Istrian style consists of two fully-equipped, semi-detached houses. The two self-contained holiday houses are accessed up outdoor stairs, one on the left and one on the right. They each have their own separate entrance, ensuring privacy. The 650m² fenced site surrounds both halves of the house, but although the areas belonging to each of the halves are not separated by further fences, each unit has its own private section of garden, with its own pool and a private sun terrace with a traditional stone grill. Around the private pool there are plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The outdoor showers are very convenient. If you arrive by car then you can find a secure parking space right in front of the house on the fenced site. Your holiday house is about 500 metres from the centre of the little village of Vabriga with a range of shops, colourful markets, an ATM and a good choice of cafés and restaurants. The nearest café is only about 300 metres away. It is about 1.5km to the sea, while the nearest beach with crystal clear water and water sports facilities is about 2km away.

Modern and tastefully furnished semi-detached house on the left, flooded with daylight, with a private sun terrace on the upper floor, and a pool and outdoor terrace with a grill area in the garden The spacious 150m² left half of the house newly built in 2015 provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool/warm) and under-floor heating in all rooms, as well as an alarm system for your safety. The two floors provide a living room flooded with daylight, a separate kitchen with a dining space, three bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and a laundry room. The white plastered walls, and solid stone floors give the living room on the ground floor a cool elegance, with two comfortable sofas, a wooden coffee table, a safe for your valuables and a digital flatscreen TV mounted to the wall, with satellite channels and a USB port. The open fireplace built into the wall exudes a cosy atmosphere and pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. You go through from here to the white built-in kitchen in a rustic country house style, with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. You can enjoy leisurely holiday breakfasts next door at the dining table with matching wooden benches. One of the three bedrooms and one of the three bathrooms are on the ground floor, as well as the laundry room with a washing machine. The separate guest toilet on the ground floor is very convenient. Wide stairs lead upstairs to the other two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a 160 cm x 200 cm double bed, while the other has two 90 cm x 200 cm single beds, which can be joined together as a double bed if required. One of the double bedrooms has a sofa bed that can be converted into a 140 cm x 200 cm double bed for two children. All three bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The three bathrooms each have a spacious, walk-in shower, a wide washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer, a bidet and a toilet. A cot and a highchair are available and plenty of bed linen and towels are provided. The reliable wireless Internet connection in the house can be used free of charge. The two bedrooms on the upper floor open directly onto your private, sunny balcony with modern garden furniture. From here you can enjoy a view over your private pool and the green landscape.
