The charming summer holiday house is located in the authentic old town of Tar in Istria. The beach of the tourist resort Lanterna is available free of charge to guests registered in our house. The pool has 28m2 and is 135-140 cm deep. The house spreads over two floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen and a spacious living area which leads directly to the pool and barbecue area. The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV, dining table and a small rustic corner to relax in the shade of an authentic stone house. The ground floor also has a guest toilet, and stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms and one shower / toilet. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Each room is air conditioned. Guests have at their disposal Wifi and satellite TV. The charcoal grill is located next to the house, as well as a covered area with garden furniture. Parking for two cars is in a closed yard. The yard is fenced!
