This charming villa is located in the picturesque place called Vranici, only 15 km away from the tourist center Porec and just 5 km away from the stunning town of Motovun. Markets, restaurants, pharmacies and other facilities are located in these towns and are easily reachable.

Lovely villa Vranici consists of 2 nicely decorated bedrooms equipped with double beds as well as two smaller bedrooms featuring separate single beds that can be brought together if necessary. It offers optimal sleeping space for 8 people, but it can also accommodate 2 additional guests on the comfortable fold-out sofa in one of the charming living room.

There are altogether two well equipped kitchens, two bathrooms and two charming living rooms at the guests' disposal within the 150 m2 of living space at the fully air-conditioned villa Vranici, alongside 25 m2 balcony and a 4000 m2 garden.

The lovely pool is heated and, for added relaxation, an outdoor jacuzzi is also available. Furthermore, the entertainment offer of villa Vranici includes a children playground with sand, toboggan, swings as well as a trampoline and a tree house.

A badminton court with equipment and 6 bicycles are available for recreational purposes free of charge. Pets are welcome.
