Four fully detached holiday houses in a privately owned resort with a shared reception hall and private lounge area

These four luxuriously furnished holiday houses made of natural stone are located in Zrnovnica to the east of Split. You can spend a relaxing holiday here, surrounded by a mountainous landscape, whilst still having easy access to the attractions and recreational facilities of the vibrant Mediterranean metropolis.

The resort offers a total of four fully detached holiday villas. It has a reception with a communal reception hall and a lounge. The owner lives in the apartment building about 100 metres behind the holiday houses and is happy to assist with any queries. The entire area is very peaceful and quiet, and the owner allows maximum anonymity to all guests.

Your holiday house is only about 2km from the nearest beach, a golf course and a tennis court, as well as a good range of cafés and restaurants. The nearest shopping facilities are about 400 metres away. It is about 100 metres to the entrance to the climbing park at the Mosor mountain. The old town of Split with its famous Diocletian Palace is about 10km away.

Natural stone house newly built in 2015 in a traditional style, with a private indoor pool and a panoramic sea view from the sunny terrace The ground-level holiday house was newly built in 2015 and provides all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It consists of a living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, a light bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV mounted to the wall with a USB port, and a dining table with six chairs. The big open fireplace built into the wall enhances the rustic atmosphere and exudes cosy warmth on cooler evenings. An elegant breakfast bar separates the living room from the built-in kitchen, which is equipped with a two-ring gas hob, a mini oven, an extra large fridge with a freezer compartment, and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm), bedside tables with reading lamps and a wall cupboard with plenty of storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet, a urinal and even a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge. The living room provides direct access to your private indoor pool measuring 4 x 10 metres, with a metal ladder to facilitate entry. The pool area is separated from the sunny terrace by large glass sliding doors. If these are left open then it feels like you are swimming outdoors. After a few rounds, you can relax on the sun loungers on the terrace and enjoy an extensive panoramic view over the mountainous landscape as far as the sea. If you arrive by car than you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house.
