Villa Jan Lui is a charming two-storey villa. Outside is the private swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The main entrance to the villa is at road-level. Inside the villa is a living room with dining area and kitchen. There are four bedrooms, two double bedrooms (one is with en suite bathroom) and two twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and one family bathroom.

Living Room
The air conditioned Living Room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Garden Sea Views.

Kitchen
The air conditioned kitchen features: toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a Barbecue outside.

Air Conditioning
The air conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
