Additional Information

As with all our properties, do not permit organised parties/events, loud music etc.

-The use of air-conditioning in the lounge is payable locally for 10.00 euros per unit per day. -If an additional folding bed is required, you must request this before arrival, as there is an extra charge of 10 euros per night.

Air-Conditioning
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
