Perched high in a beautifull landscape, you'll find this cozy and spacious holiday home, offering stunning views over Ebeltoft Bay both from inside and outside. The house features a charming and well-appointed living room with a wood-burning stove and a heat pump, leading out to a lovely terrace. The kitchen, although older, is functional and equipped with a dishwasher, with access to a small covered terrace furnished with garden furniture and a grill. Sleeping accommodations are provided in three good-sized bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The house boasts two bathrooms, both with shower cubicles, with one directly connected to one of the bedrooms. A separate room provides access to both a washing machine and a dryer. Internet access is available in the house. Situated on a large sloping plot, the house has a staircase leading down to a path that directly accesses the beach in just 5 minutes. Multiple terraces around the house allow for enjoying both sunrise and sunset.

The house is located near Fuglsø and within walking distance to the beach, which features fine sand and clear water, although some areas may have a few stones. Nearby is Fuglsøcentret, where many concerts are held. The house is situated in the Mols Bjerge National Park area and is about a fifteen-minute drive from Ebeltoft city with its many tourist attractions, including the Old Town Hall, the Frigate Jylland, the Malt Factory, and the Glass Museum, a leader in modern glass art. About a half-hour drive from the house is Ree Park, where you can get up close to wild animals and go on a jeep safari. A visit to Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, is also highly recommended, offering rides and attractions for visitors of all ages.
