Nice old Skagen´s home from 1871. Very well-maintained with lovely outdoor areas such as garden, terrace and a yard.
Lovely old Skagen´s home from 1871, located in the popular town quarter "Østerby" close to the art museum of Skagen, the water tower, Anchers hous, Sønderstrand with the bascular lighthouse and approximately 2 km to Grenen- the tip of Denmark where the two oceans meets.
The house was completly renovated in 1992, today the house appears well maintained and quite beutiful with its 105 m2 divided on two levels.
On the main floor there is a cozy and large living room with a fireplace, a newer kitchen with a nice dining area, from the kitchen there is a direct access to a lovely yard and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Furthermore, there is a nice bathroom with a shower and one bedroom with a double bed.
From the living room on the main floor there is a staircase that leads you to the 1. floor. Here you will find to well-furnished bedrooms, one of them has access to a nice balcony, and a office room in connection with the stairs.
The house is located in calm and serene surroundings with a nice and well-maintained garden.
Skagen´s best beach, " Sønderstrand" is located only 200 meters away from the house. There is therefore no need for you to walk along while before you can take a swim in the salty ocean or relax on the beach.
The holiday home is located only a short walk away from shopping possibilities and Brøndum´s Hotel is also located close to the house, at Brøndum´s you can enjoy a nice meal in historical surroundings.
Two parking spots is available in front of the house.
Laundryhouse with waching machine and dryer is available.
Mandatory consumption fee for water, electricity and heat pr. day is required.
Final cleaning is available for an extra fee.
