Welcome to our family-friendly and centrally located Skagen villa, perfect for multiple generations. This charming holiday home is ideally situated and offers ample space and comfort for the whole family. On the ground floor, you will find a modern bathroom with a toilet and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. There are also two spacious bedrooms with double beds and a cozy room with a single bed. The heart of the house is the large and inviting kitchen with a dining area, where you can enjoy meals together. Additionally, there is a TV room and a living room that invite you to enjoy cozy moments with family and friends. On the first floor, there is a practical kitchenette with access to a small balcony, a bathroom with a toilet, and two lovely double bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to a large, private terrace where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air in peace and quiet. The secluded garden offers several dining and seating areas, both in the sun and on the sheltered terrace, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living regardless of the weather. The location couldn't be better – just a 5-minute walk to the harbor and pedestrian street, where you will find plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants. Many attractions are within a short distance, and it's only 500 meters to the lovely beach. This holiday home is the perfect starting point for a memorable vacation in Skagen, where you can gather the whole family and create unforgettable experiences together. Please note: This is a privately owned villa so there will be wardrobes in the house with private items. However, there are empty wardrobes for guests to use. Note: Not for commercial rental.
