Description

This charming Breton fisherman's 90 m² house is located in the region Finistère Nord in Brignogan Plage, at the heart of the Côte des Légendes. The beach and the ocean are only 150 meters from the house. It is set back about 30 meters from a side street, protected from the wind, and offers peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday.

The house offers three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a patio and a bathroom. On the ground floor, you will find the 35 m² living room with tiled floors. It is also furnished with a large flat screen television, a coffee table and an old Breton cupboard. There are two sofas. One of the sofas is a sofa bed, which can accommodate a seventh person. The well equipped kitchen offers a fridge/freezer combo, a stove (piano) and a Smeg-oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a microwave oven and cupboards. All necessary kitchen utensils and an ironing board can be found in a cupboard under the stairs. The washing machine is located in the basement. The 8 m² bathroom has a shower, shelves and a sink. The 12 m² bedroom with wood flooring is furnished with a 180 cm double bed, nightstands and a closet. There are two additional bedrooms on the top floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a 180 cm double bed, two nightstands and an armchair. One of the Velux windows offers a view over the patio and the garden and the other window grants panoramic views over the ocean and the beach. The other bedroom has two 90cm single beds and an armchair. This bedroom is furnished with a child's travel cot and a car seat (maxi cosi). The two Velux windows offer the same views as can be enjoyed from the other bedroom.

Outside, you will find a 20 m² patio with natural oak floors and the garden with trees. The patio is furnished with outdoor furniture (six chairs and four sun loungers) and a sun shade, as well as a barbecue.

We provide four bicycles and recommend a tour along the coastal paths. Additionally, there is a pram.

There are several restaurants nearby, such as ?La Corniche? in Brignogan, the Crêperie ?le p'tit nice? in Brignogan, the pizzeria in Brignogan, the Crêperie ?les Marronniers? in Kerlouan or the restaurant ?les Rigadelles? in Goulven. The region offers many sights, such the Semaphor von Brignogan, the lighthouse Pontusval in Brignogan, the lighthouse on the Ile Vierge of Plouguerneau (the largest in Europe), thee îles d'Ouessant, Molène and the Ile de Batz, the Océanopolis in Brest as well as the old village Ménéham in Kerlouan. Discover the park in Milizac, the sailing and diving centre in Brignogan, or the hiking trail, only two minutes from the house.
