Detached 200-year old stone Farmhouse The farmhouse is in the rural hamlet of Noizeret three kilometres from the town of Couches. It is centrally located for the Cote d'Or and Beaujolais vineyards as well as the Morvan National Park The inside of the farmhouse is dominated by a living, dining and kitchen room that is dominated by ancient oaks beams and a magnificent fireplace(useful in Spring & Autumn). Despite the historic nature of the dry-stone building the house is equipped with most of the necessities of the 21st century. Comfortable sofas, a Cd player and CD's, TV with DVD player and a kitchen that has mot household appliances including a gas hob & electric oven; microwave, coffee makers including a Dolce Gusto machine(complimentary capsules provided); food processor etc to help you enjoy your self-catering holiday. The bedrooms are comfortably equipped with adequate clothes storage facilities and the two bathrooms cater easily for up to 6 persons. There is unrestricted WIFI throughout the house. The house has an ambience that has been created by its owners who use the property as a second home. The outside of the property features private and exclusive terraces in a flower-filled location that has wonderful, uninterrupted views of valley and rolling countryside. All the essentials for outdoor living are supplied including a gas BBQ and garden furnite for six person. Tranquility and privacy are assurred.
