Nestled in the Charente Maritime, between the Atlantic Ocean and Cognac,this holiday home is ideal to go around. Installed on Saint-Savinien, this is the small town of character which offers a glimpse of the atmosphere of our region.

You can easily reach the Atlantic coast and emblematic sites (La Rochelle, Regional Park of Marais Poitevin, the Iles de Ré, d ""Oléron, the Grand Site of the Rochefort estuary and its arsenal of the seas ...). Saintes, Saint Jean d'Angely, Crazannes, Saint-Sauvant, and products like cognac, pineau, IGP wine, Marennes Oléron oysters, bouchot mussels, salicornia, fleur de sel, mogettes, Charentais stuffed, country pancake à l'angélique are an invitation to discovery. Churches, castles, gardens, museums, leisure activities, entertainment, gastronomy, hiking, cycle tourism will keep you hooked.

Parking, free access to swimming pool and hot tub, mini golf, go-karts, pétanque, table tennis, football and volleyball court will make the experience joyful.
