Nestled in the Charente Maritime, between the Atlantic Ocean and Cognac and ideally on Saint-Savinien, this lovely holiday home is all that you need for a perfect family vacation. The home has a sauna, jacuzzi, and a swimming pool which is shared by other guests as well. You have a private roofed terrace to yourself for enjoying drinks in the evening and a garden for relaxation.

The property is close to secret and unusual treasures like Saintes, Saint Jean d'Angely, Crazannes, Saint-Sauvant. Churches, castles, gardens, museums, leisure activities, entertainment, gastronomy, hiking, cycle tourism are all possible during your stay.

Prepare barbecue meals and enjoy them in the garden. Parking is also available here. Both kids and adults will have a gala time as there are many recreational activities like billiards, table football, table tennis, play equipment and party games.
