A studio apartment with sea view is located in Gdynia, in the district of St. Maximilian in a very convenient location at Norwida Street. The location of the apartment combines the advantages of the metropolis with proximity to the wonders of nature, such as Redlowo beach (1 km away) situated at the edge of the extensive green grounds of Polanka Redlowska. The apartment is also in the perfect middle of triangle of three important city points: seaside boulevards and the molo (750m, which is 7-8 minutes by foot), the SKM station and the shopping center “Centrum Riviera” (1 km), and the strict city center (1.2 km). There is no shortage of retail and service outlets in the area, so all essential needs can be met within walking distance of the apartment. Guests can also stop by nearby restaurants during the 10-minute walk to the sea. The district is conveniently communicated with other parts of Tricity. By using public transport and city railway, Sopot can be reached in less than 30 minutes.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

This cozy studio apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The space of 27 m² consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The bed arrangement is a double bed and two single sofa beds that can be joined together. The interior is bright and sunny, with personalized details introducing homely atmosphere. The important asset of the apartment is lovely balcony with garden furniture, which provides a view of the neighboring buildings and beautiful sea in the distance. To make our guests feel even more at home, the apartment offers a range of essential amenities. The kitchenette is equipped with useful appliances making meal preparation a breeze (an electric stove, a coffee maker, an electric broiler). Other amenities include a washing machine and multimedia (SmartTV with Internet access and terrestrial TV channels, free Wi-Fi connection).
