Among its outdoor areas, two porches and a large patio are perfectly suited to the different plans and moments to enjoy in your day to day life. The back porch guarantees a good start in the morning with a delicious breakfast before walking to the beach or simply relaxing at home reading a book in the charming chill out area. At midday, a wonderful built-in barbecue invites you to prepare a good barbecue feast and then spend the afternoon and, who knows, into the early hours of the morning having a good laugh and enjoying a glass of wine on one of the outdoor sofas. The architectural style of the house gives it a very special charm and character. Preserving a traditional yet modern style, as you enter you will find a large living room with AC where you can watch satellite TV or relax for a while. Through a large archway you enter the dining room and kitchen. Here you can cook your best dishes on the ceramic hob or in the oven and bring them quickly to the table or to the porch, as there is direct access. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The laundry room has a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. When it comes to sleeping you will find four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed and the last one with two single beds that can also be put together. There are also two bathrooms with shower. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide up to two cots and two high chairs. Five fans complete the equipment of the room. Cala Llombards is a quiet urbanisation located in an absolutely privileged natural environment with a breathtaking sandy cove of turquoise waters. The best of it all is that you will reach it in just a few minutes walking because it is only 650 metres from the property. Cala s'Almunia and the impressive Caló des Moro are very near, as well as the Natural park of Mondragó, the perfect place to enjoy nature and make some excursions. You have some grocery shops for your daily shopping in Cala Llombards, and also bars and restaurants where you can taste the Mallorcan gastronomic culture. The fireplace in the living room cannot be used. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
