Description

Villa Fiorida is located in a quiet villa neighbourhood. Due to the hillside location, the house and plot are spoilt by the sun and you have a very nice sea view. The town centre of Calpe is a 2.2 km walk away. The beach Playa del Arenal-Bol is 2.5 km away. In the neighbourhood there are other private houses with their gardens. At the end of the street begins the nature reserve with many beautiful hiking possibilities. The house has a large, terraced garden with Mediterranean plants. The large terrace with wonderful sea views and gas barbecue is very attractive. The pool is popular with young and old water rats, there are sun loungers, an outdoor shower and shady spots under palm trees. The property is completely fenced. The house has 2 car parking spaces. Villa Fiorida has a large private pool (9 x 4.5 metres) and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. From the house and the terraces you have a marvellous sea view of the bay of Calpe and the Penon d'Ifach. On one level there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the large living room with fireplace, the dining room and the separate kitchen. Below this is the studio with a double bed and its own bathroom. The studio is open if more than 6 people book or if you book it in addition. All rooms are modern and individually furnished, bright and airy. Air conditioning, WLAN and the very well-equipped kitchen add to the comfort. Central heating and a fireplace ensure cosiness in the cooler seasons. Calpe is a lively town with 2 wide sandy beaches, many restaurants and bars, a long beach promenade and lots to see. The former salt works with its numerous flamingos is also very beautiful. Excursions to Valenzia, Alicante, Denia or the hinterland are also possible. The bus stop is within walking distance, from where you can get to Calpe and the beach.
