Experience an unforgettable holiday at Casa Flamingo, idyllically situated in a quiet residential area just above the centre of Calpe. With its sunny, large plot, which is fully fenced and can only be reached via a few steps, it offers the perfect retreat for a relaxing break. Enjoy the fantastic, expansive sea views that stretch to the left and right of the landmark of the Costa Blanca, the Penon de Ifach, as well as the view of the salt lake of Calpe, Las Salinas, with its characteristic flamingos.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The following services are payable IN CASH on ARRIVAL:
Deposit (obligatory), final cleaning (obligatory), towels/bed linen (if requested).
For stays from 01.10. to 30.04. the electricity costs (e.g. air conditioning cold/warm) will be charged according to consumption (CHF 0.50 per kWh) and deducted from the deposit on departure.
Instead of the air conditioning, you can also use the central gas heating during this period, which is also charged according to consumption (a large gas cylinder costs approx. EUR 85).
For stays from 01.05. to 30.09. the electricity costs are included up to 15 kWh per day, above that CHF 0.50 per kWh.

Inside, Casa Flamingo offers a cosy and fully equipped living space that guarantees an uncomplicated and pleasant stay. All rooms are on one level, and the kitchen with its large granite worktop and spacious dining area with a round table and six chairs invites you to linger together. The bedrooms, equipped with air conditioning, anti-mosquito nets and screens, ensure peaceful nights with a view of the sea. The bathroom is practically furnished with a bathtub with shower attachment and a WC.

The outdoor area of Casa Flamingo is truly impressive: a large sun terrace in front of the living room as well as another large sun terrace by the pool and a wooden pavilion as an outdoor dining area make it possible to enjoy the Spanish sun to the full. The private XXL saltwater pool without chlorine, surrounded by a lovingly planted garden with palm trees, cacti and orange trees, promises refreshing moments and pure relaxation.

The surrounding countryside of Calpe offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. The sandy beaches near the Penon de Ifach, the picturesque rocky beach Playa Les Bassetes with its diving centre and the attractive footpaths along the coast invite you to enjoy a variety of days out. The centre of Calpe, with its wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants, is only a few kilometres away and promises lively days and evenings in a charming setting.
