Description

Nice and well-maintained holiday home with a lovely, covered terrace facing the sea. Here you can relax and enjoy sunsets over the sea.

The house is located on the southeast of Öland and the bridge from the mainland is free.

The holiday home is lovely with room for up to 8 guests.

The southeast of Öland offers lots of interesting sites. Beautiful scenery and nice hiking trails. It is about 500 meters to the sea. There is, however, no beach here.

Here are 3 phase chargers for electric cars with two outlets of 17KW each. Price SEK 5 per KwH.

The owners of the holiday home have a very large plot of approx. 6.000 m2, and they rent out a number of spots for caravans.

In the season, there may be guest in caravans about 60-meters from the house.
