The spacious holiday home with 520m² of living space is located on a quiet plot in a small hamlet, just four kilometres from the town of Rättvik. The garden offers plenty of space, privacy and opportunities to relax. Whether eating together at the large garden table, grilling or playing table tennis in the separate small house – everyone will find their favourite spot here. Inside, the house offers five bedrooms – four with double beds, one with a single bed – and space for up to nine guests. The rooms are bright and lovingly furnished, the living area is generously designed and equipped with cosy fireplaces in several rooms. Books and reading materials are available, as well as a television and a stable internet connection via WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, stove, freezer and everything needed for everyday life. The house also has 2 bathrooms with shower and WC. Bicycles can be used, and a sauna area is available upon registration. Parking spaces are sufficiently available on the property. Up to 7 cars can be parked. A garage space is also available if needed.

The area around Lake Siljan is ideal for nature lovers and active people. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the house - the paths lead through forests, fields, and small villages. The long sandy beach in Rättvik is just a few minutes away and invites you to swim and sunbathe in the summer. A round of golf on the village golf course is also possible. The region with Rättvik, Leksand, and Mora is particularly popular in the summer: In addition to the beautiful landscape, you can expect cultural events, craft shops, and excursion destinations here. A special experience is the traditional Midsummer festival around 21 June, which is celebrated here with music and dance. From mid-June to mid-August, numerous concerts and sporting events take place - including performances at the famous open-air stage Dalhalla.

All guests have exclusive access to the entire house and garden, with full privacy. For larger groups, an additional small guest house on the property can be booked with up to three additional sleeping spaces. The costs for bed linen, towels, tourist tax, and final cleaning will be settled separately directly on site.
