Discover an idyllic retreat in the heart of Ticino. Our old Ticino rustico is situated in an exclusive hillside location near Locarno, from where you can enjoy spectacular views across the lake to the mountains opposite. With its south-facing rooms, which are only accessible from the north side, this house offers a unique combination of privacy and breathtaking views. However, the many steps do require you to be able to walk.

Inside the rustic, you will find a cosy eat-in kitchen with a wood-burning stove to keep you warm in the cooler months of the year. Both the kitchen-living room and the two bedrooms with their comfortable double beds (180 x 200 cm) can be heated by the wood-burning stove. An infrared radiator and an electric radiator provide additional comfort in the bathroom. The kitchen is very functionally equipped - perfect for those who like to cook for themselves. Bed linen and towels are available on request.

The outdoor area of the Rustico is truly unique. Two exclusive terraces with seating and tables invite you to enjoy the breathtaking view or socialise. There is also a spacious play area for children behind the house - an ideal place for families.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for exploration and activities. Thanks to the exclusive location near Locarno, you are just a stone's throw away from cultural highlights and breathtaking natural sites. Despite the idyllic seclusion of the Rustico, you will find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the immediate vicinity.
