Discover the idyllic retreat of Casa Fiore with a full lake view of Lake Maggiore. With its excellent location above the rooftops of the historic village centre of Brissago Porta in Ticino, this charming holiday home promises a unique experience. Detached, sunny, quiet with privacy, in the middle of a large Mediterranean garden and yet in the heart of the village, it offers a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, the surrounding Alps and far into the Italian hinterland.

Inside Casa Fiore you will find two separate bedrooms with their own outside access, which can accommodate 2-4 people, but are less suitable for supervising children due to the spatial separation (but all the more suitable for older children who want to be on their own). One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a large chest of drawers, while the other, separated by a few metres and a few steps, has two beds, its own balcony and its own toilet. The new, modern kitchen shares the room with a cosy dining area. It is equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a large, newly renovated bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet, washbasin and private outside access, as well as a washing machine, laundry"Spinne" and tumble dryer.

The outdoor area boasts a private sun deck, various sun loungers, parasol, mosaic table, a BBQ area with stone fireplace and stylish stone table as well as a large piazza with stone floor. A covered portico with a view of a magnificent olive tree and the rooftops of Brissago Porta offers a cosy retreat even when it rains. The extensive panoramic lawn invites you to lie down, play badminton or simply daydream under azaleas, pines and palm trees.

Casa Fiore is located in the enchanting Brissago Porta, nestled in a landscape that invites you to enjoy numerous outdoor activities such as swimming, canoeing, mountain biking, cycling, surfing, diving, tennis and sailing. The area offers something for everyone, whether you are looking for a relaxing or active holiday. A ground-floor storage room for bicycles with a charging socket is also available free of charge. Two private car parks with charging stations for electric vehicles are also available to our guests.
