A high-quality, modern flat in the mountains. The apartment offers a top modern shower with steam bath facilities. A new kitchen and beautiful furniture. The comfortable pull-out sofa offers additional sleeping possibilities in the flat.

The bus stop (Churwalden, Furnerschhus) is less than 150 metres away. By bus or car you are in 3 minutes at the mountain railways (Panoramabahn), in about 10-15 minutes in the centre of Lenzerheide, where there are many activities.
In less than 3 minutes by car/bus you will find a Coop and Migros in Churwalden. There are numerous restaurants in the centre of Churwalden.
