The covered seating area with panoramic views of the Grisons mountains and the Domleschg / Viamala invites you to enjoy an extended barbecue. There are also two car parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Very quiet location, no traffic noise. In spring and autumn with the sound of cow and goat bells! Ideal to switch off and enjoy!

Modern 1.5 room holiday flat in the forester's house, in Dalin, in the mountain village of Präz.

Spacious bedroom & TV room with a large double bed with very good mattresses. Possibility to add two extra beds or max. two children's beds.

Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Just like at home! Large extendable dining table with a unique panoramic view of the Grisons mountains. The bathroom has a comfortable large shower, a WC, a washbasin and a bathtub.

The doors and windows can be left open at night thanks to insect screens on the windows and balcony doors.

- Access also to the laundry room of the house for ski and hiking boots (drying room).
- The ‘landlord’, who lives upstairs, is happy to give good tips for excursions, or good restaurants, hiking routes, ski areas, wellness, etc.
