Renovated 5.5-room apartment in the heart of Falera! Spend a relaxing holiday in one of Switzerland's most beautiful mountain villages and enjoy the wonderful views of the Grisons Alps. The apartment is lovingly decorated, with seven beds spread across three individual double rooms and one single room. The modern and fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals just like at home, and its spaciousness makes it the ideal gathering place to reflect on adventurous days and plan new ones. In addition to a generous bathroom with a shower, there is also a separate toilet.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available for free. A parking space is available in front of the house. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.

Location and surroundings

The apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful mountain village of Falera. Directly in front of the apartment, you'll find shopping, bars, and restaurants. The village bus takes you in just a few minutes directly to the Falera valley station. The bus stop with direct connections to Flims, Laax, and Chur is about 200 meters away. The cable cars are a 15-minute ride by postbus.
