This bright attic apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The dining area includes a table with four chairs.

The living/dining room features a cozy sofa (extendable, sleeps two), a table, armchair, traditional glass-front cabinet, TV, and internet (Wi-Fi). The south-facing balcony offers sunshine and stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscape.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and mirror.
The bathroom includes a washbasin, bathtub with shower, and toilet.

Guests have access to a games room with ping-pong, billiards, and table football. Skis, snowboards, bikes, and other equipment can be stored in the basement. A heated boot dryer is available in the ski room.

A parking space in the underground garage is included (garage entrance height: 2?m).

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the basement. A sauna is also available in the building (access via the games room, coin-operated).

Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. The fireplace may not be used. There is no elevator.

Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, and final cleaning are included in the total price.

The apartment in Falera is quietly located yet centrally situated. Various restaurants, the post office, and a small Volg supermarket can be reached within a 10 to 15-minute walk. In winter, a bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, offering convenient access to the Falera valley station. The nearest bus stop with connections to Laax, Flims, Ilanz, and Chur is about a 10-minute walk away (approx. 500?m).
