Edelweiss Apartment Stenna Flims is a bright and modern 2.5 room apartment, with 43m² for 4 people, with a brilliant location right at the end of the slope and connection to the Stenna Center. Cozy living room with open, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and cooking utensils), one bedroom (a double box spring bed), one sofa bed in the living room as well as a bathroom with shower. A fee based Washing machine and a dryer ( both community use) is available in the basement of the house. A Ski storage and bike room and one parking space can be used free of charge.(height 2.20m) In the immediate vicinity you will find a large Coop grocery store, pharmacy, doctor and physio as well as restaurants, cafes, shops and a cinema. Just a stone's throw from the front door to the cable cars. Final cleaning, bed and bath linen and fees are included in the final price.Extra costs as heating, power and water are included. Also included are bed linen and towels, the final cleaning and all taxes and VAT..

Conditions and extras
A security deposit of CHF 800 is required, which must be provided upon arrival as a credit card reservation (Mastercard or Visa) at the concierge desk. Linen is charged per person for ages 0-99. A baby bed with linen and a high chair, including transport, setup, and dismantling, is available upon request for a fee of CHF 200.00 per stay. Interim cleanings are available and will be charged based on effort at an hourly rate of CHF 50.00. Bed linen can be changed during the stay at the following rates per person: bed linen only CHF 25.-, bed and terry linen CHF 30.-, additional terry linen CHF 5.- per item.
