Inside, the flat impresses with two inviting bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an additional WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a kettle, an oven with microwave, crockery, glasses, cutlery and a dishwasher. For cosy evenings, there is a fireplace to enjoy the authentic mountain atmosphere.

Outside, an attractive balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the marvellous view over the Landquart river. This outdoor area gives you a taste of the breathtaking natural landscape that begins right outside your door and invites you to discover it - perfect for those seeking relaxation.

For winter sports enthusiasts, the flat's location is ideal: just a 2-minute walk from the Gotschna valley station gondola lift, which takes you directly to the Parsen ski area. Ski schools, cross-country ski trails and ski buses to Davos or the Madrisa ski area are within easy reach, as are local shops and restaurants for your culinary needs. The proximity to the village centre with its many restaurants offers culinary experiences in just a few minutes' walk.
