Discover the exclusive charm of our recently restored house, located in the heart of the Centovalli, a valley renowned for its picturesque train that traverses dreamlike landscapes and for its incomparable tranquillity. Retaining the style and character typical of Ticino villages, this residence has been furnished with special attention to detail to make your experience an unforgettable memory. Perfect for families and young couples, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, guaranteeing a comfortable and elegant stay.

Inside, the house is spread over 3 floors connected by a charming spiral staircase. On the upper floor, you will find a romantic attic room with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an open-plan bathroom with a freestanding bathtub from which to admire the valley below. On the second floor, a room with a 120x200 cm bed offers a wide view, and a second room has two single beds (90x200 cm). The bathroom, complete with shower and toilet, provides privacy and comfort. On the first floor, next to the living room with fireplace, there is a large and super-equipped kitchen, equipped with combi-oven, refrigerator, induction stove, dishwasher and much more, ideal for preparing delicious dinners to be enjoyed on the extendable table or on the comfortable sofa in front of the TV.

The outside of the house offers an enchanting space to savour the beauty of the surrounding nature. A generous terrace with mountain views is the perfect place to relax, equipped with a granite table, parasol and a gas grill for outdoor barbecues. With separate access, on the ground floor there is a useful utility room with washing machine, a bathroom with shower and a multi-purpose room, ideal for your recreational activities or as storage for bicycles.

The house is located in Lionza, a quiet hamlet in the Centovalli, at an altitude of 775 metres above sea level. This enchanting village is characterised by a strong presence of secondary residences in the summer months, attracting those seeking an escape from the daily routine. Lionza has skilfully preserved its original character, typical of Ticino villages, with its rafter roofs. The area offers numerous opportunities for excursions to Monte Comino, Verdasio, Rasa, and more, as well as sports facilities for golf, hunting, climbing, mountain biking, cycling and skiing.
