You will find a cosy bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), while the bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower attachment, washbasin and WC. A spacious living and dining room offers entertainment with a television and DVD-CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a coffee machine brand "Delizio", whose capsules you can easily find in local supermarkets. However, smokers must remain outside as this is a non-smoking flat.

The outside area of the flat is equally inviting. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a garden seating area with a charcoal barbecue (charcoal provided) from which you can enjoy the wonderful view.
